The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows:

H. B. 2514 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §4‑10A‑1 and §4‑10A‑2, all relating to creating the Office of Actuarial Services within the office of the Legislative Auditor; defining terms; and providing for the evaluation and preparation of independent fiscal notes by the office.”
